Brian is a full-time licensed realtor in the state of Ohio.  Brian has been investing in real estate for over 21 years, has been a licensed real estate agent for 12 years and transitioned to a full-time agent after selling his successful printing and office supply company in 2012.  During his time as a licensed realtor, Brian has been recognized for his real estate achievements by the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors (CABR) for their Circle of Excellence (2013 – 2021), Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR) for their President’s Sales Club (2013 – 2021) & Cincinnati Magazine as a Five Star Award Recipient (2014 - 2020).  Brian has consistently been one of Cincinnati’s top performing real estate agents and has sold over $100,000,000 in real estate since 2017.

Born and raised in Cincinnati and in the Real Estate industry, I can wholeheartedly say that I have a passion for what I do. I love the homes of my city, the beautiful people I am lucky enough to help transition from one to another and the process of finding out each client's buying or selling needs and future goals and ensuring those are met. The importance of our local market and the buying and selling process has been instilled in me for as long as I can remember, and I carry these principles into my daily business. Striving to make the buying and selling process as seamless as possible for every client, I am constantly growing with industry technology but never forgetting the importance of relationships with Clients. I pride myself on bringing to the table my belief of Modern Marketing, Old Fashioned Service. I am a member of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors, the Greater Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I currently sit on the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors Advocacy & Legislative Committee, I was a governing Board Member of the Cincinnati Women’s Council of Realtors, I am a graduate of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors Leadership Academy and  a former Assistant Branch Manager & Agent Development Specialist.

After graduating from Oak Hills High School and attending the University of Cincinnati, I moved to Southern California where my husband was stationed with the United States Marine Corps. When it was time to decide where to live after my husband's service was complete the answer was simple for us; Cincinnati…Home. Since returning in 2014 we have lived in various neighborhoods of the West Side of Cincinnati and now reside just over the border in Indiana where we are raising our 3 beautiful children and 3 Labrador Retrievers! I look forward to not only assisting all clients with their professional needs when it comes to the sale and purchase of their home, but with building relationships with others who are lucky enough to call Cincinnati their home.

Why did I make the choice to become a realtor? The answer is simpleI love working with people! I had always contemplated becoming a Realtor but the timing in life was never quite right. Well now that my two sons are pretty much all grown up and they do not need me hanging around the house or running them to practices, I decided I wanted to do something for myself something that would challenge me but also give me the opportunity to meet and work with wonderful people. As a legal secretary, I always had the pleasure of working with wonderful clients. One of my best qualities is gaining my clients trust and being able to prove to them that I will help them in any way possible with anything they may need. I truly enjoy taking care of people! I have built many wonderful friendships that first originated simply as a client relationship. I promise you that I will do whatever it takes to gain your trust as a real estate agent and whether it is selling your current home or purchasing a new one we can accomplish it together!
